A complete record can be held for each nurse or care worker, certificates, qualifications, or any other incoming mail can be scanned against the individual, and expiry dates and reminders noted for inoculations etc. PULSE Nursing Agency Software also enables the user to set up templates for outgoing mail, all templates are in Microsoft Word, and any letters created are saved in files relating to the nurse, client, care worker hospital etc. Mail shots can easily be created to all clients, or all employees. To complete the unique document control system, records of telephone calls and memos can be entered and, emails can be sent direct from the program.
PULSE Nursing Agency Software is truly adaptable and caters for all shift and payment patterns. Shifts and payments for nurses and domiciliary care workers can be set up for each client, hospital, trust, ward, or any other configuration required. Timesheets need no longer be a chore, only the start and finish time of the shift, need to be checked against those on the employees time sheet, and amended if necessary. At this stage mileage and expenses can also be added. Our nursing agency software allows for entry of bank holiday dates and even allows entry of daylight saving dates in order to correctly calculate shift payments.
